Hi. I know the SenseView Duo is not for GPS, however the
Braille Sense
Plus can be used with SenseNav, powered by Sendero, so I'm
sending this
information along.

The subject says it all. The Portable SenseView Duo and the
Braille Sense Plus that GW Micro and HIMS featured at the
recent CSUN conference are in stock and shipping. If you
are ready to place an order please give us at call at
260-489-3671, Monday through Friday between 8 AM to 5 PM
eastern time.

The Portable SenseView Duo takes the portable CCTV market to
another level with the ability to read small text with the
close-up camera, a built-in handwriting feature for filling
out forms and a second camera for distance viewing such as
reading street signs or classroom white boards. The
image-capture feature lets you store up to 10 images now and
look at them later. The 4.3-inch widescreen LCD allows for
3x to 12x magnification and a special control allows you to
pan images on the screen, change colors and intensity.
There is even a feature to turn off the internal light so
reading a computer or ATM screen is much easier. The sleek,
compact size lets you carry the SenseView Duo in your purse
or pocket placing the world at your fingertips.

The SenseView Duo introductory retail price is $1,299 (plus
shipping) and they are ready to ship today.

The Braille Sense Plus is the updated version of the
original Braille Sense. It has all the latest features
including 8G of storage memory so you can save all those
files you downloaded using the built-in Wi-Fi or Ethernet
connection. It includes both SD and CF card slots so you
can back-up those files and unlike some products, we support
the new high capacity SD cards. Plus the built-in Bluetooth
makes it easy to transfer those files to your home computer.

Just like the original Braille Sense, the Braille Sense Plus
offers a detachable battery pack so you can carry a spare if
need be. There is an LCD display so sighted people can see
the text that was spoken and displayed on the 32-cell
Braille display. The LCD display on the new Braille Sense
Plus is wider and easier to read. For those people that
like to travel, the wayfinding abilities of GW Sense
Navigation are available on the Braille Sense Plus as an
option.

If you purchased the original Braille Sense on or after
March 1, 2008, you can upgrade to the Braille Sense Plus for
only $500 plus shipping. If you purchased a Braille Sense
before March 1, 2008, the upgrade cost will be $3,200 plus
shipping. These are not refurbished units, as some of our
competitors have done with upgrades in the past. The
Braille Sense Plus units are completely new and carry the
full warranty. We are not re-using the parts off your old
Braille Sense that you return, but taking it as a trade-in
on the new model. When you upgrade you will need to return
your original Braille Sense and accessories to GW Micro. Do
not forget to backup all of your data, as we will not be
transferring files to the Braille Sense Plus. The upgrade
process begins now and the deadline to get it done is July
3, 2008. For first-time buyers, the introductory full
retail price for the Braille Sense Plus is $5995.00.

If you are ready to place an order or just need to ask a few
questions please email sales@xxxxxxxxxxx or call us at (260)
489-3671.

Best Regards,

Dan
