Hi. I attach mine with a womans hair band, i put it around the strap, then
put one end under the snap cover to hold the receiver in place.

I had this happen sevral times and each time I was lucky and found it right away. The holder is black. What I ended up doing is getting one of those velcro straps and strapping it around the shoulder strap and the receiver so it would not fall off. Good luck finding yours.
