Hi,
Make sure your receiver is switched on and you have it fully charged.
after doing that, do a j-k-l 4-5-6 reset to clear out the bluetooth.
the J-K-L reset is if you have a QT and the 4-5-6 reset is if you have
a BT (Braille keyboard)
You must hold the keys down until the unit comes up talking. You will
hear 2 beeps to confirm that the reset was a success.
After that you'll need to search for your bluetooth device, re pare
and re activate it.
That should work.
