Rick,

I thought the marked files option was completely broken also but have found a way around the problem with the Apex, which is my husband's machine.

The trick is *NOT* to press "Enter" as your last step of the file you want to copy, move etc, but to use the keyboard commands, e.g., dots 1,3,4,5,6,7 for copy. You'll find it works.

Hope that makes sense and speeds up things for you and others when copying maps.

I didn't even do as well as Peggy, although I ultimately
had success.
First of all, I tried copying the maps. Since the new
KeySoft build wiped out the feature of marking all files,
that took longer than I expected. The GPS 2010 software
installed quickly and effortlessly on the Apex, but that
was the easy part.
Then, of course, I had to try to find POI's, and got a
dialogue that due to a serious error, KeySoft was
shutting down.
This error was new to me, and it took about ten minutes
to get any response out of the APEX. Eventually it came
back up, but I don't know if it takes that long in such
cases or if my dots 4-5-6 reset took hold.
Either way, the POI's wworked after that, thank goodness.
I was actually planning to copy maps of several states,
but since mark-all-files didn't work, I just settled on
my own state for now.
But at least it's done. Somehow I think this process
should be quicker, but it's done.
Thanks for all of the work Sendero has put into the new
version. I can't wait to give it a trial run.
