Hi Karen,
If the stations are in the poi database you should find them, if not
you won't be able to find the stations.
Try doing a search on the category bus/rail with no search string.

I do know someone created user POI's for the stops of the trolley
tour.


As far as your second question, if you are underground on the subway
GPS will not work.  I had a hard time getting the fix on the commuter
train from north station to Salem and that was above ground.  It may
have been where I was sitting on the train.
