Hi Howard,
you need to get your license key for the maps you purchased or got
with your SMA.
Your license key is located on the main page when you log into your
account at Sendero with your BrailleNote's serial Number.
If you already installed the Trial version you can still make that
the real version by Registering your product/maps with that license
Key. Under GPS Options / Advance Options /R for Register Product and maps
