Hi Mike, I am pretty sure my pass code had upper case letters, yet I did not use upper case when entering it in the reg area. Far as I can tell it was accepted as my GPS no longer says trial version. Jim

Assuming you have the software installed, go into the GPS program. Press O, A, R and you will be prompted for the license key.
