Hi,
After I received your e-mail last night I went into Gps. I put Newyork for state, New York for city, I than put 60 for street. I have the m Power so I just used dot four and kept going down the list, there were many 60th Streets, however, I do not know your zip so I could not click on. Keep arrowing down, when you find your zip after 60th street just hit enter. After that give entire street address and you will get it. Hope that helped.
Linda Paul

Hi Gian,
I am also new and ran in to this same problem. First of all,
for
any borrough in New York City you have to say New York without
a
space. Secondly, when you name a street give as little
information as possible such as 285 than go down the list.
They
will bring up everything with 285 with street, road, place, and
zip code. When you see your zip code hone in on it. Hope this
 helps.

I just got my GPS and have a question. I am trying to play
around in virtual mode. I do an S-chord to set an address. I
can select my city and state, but when I try to select my
street
it says it cannot be found. I live in Brooklyn, NY and only
