If you are walking outside for a few blocks with good satelight visibility (ie. not in downtown New York beside sky scrapers) and you still do not get a heading then this is abnormal and we would need you to create and send to us a replay so we can see if the receiver is defective or not. Certain receivers which do not have the latest firmware do not handle pedestrian speeds reliably enough to obtain a direction of travel when not in a vehicle so we need to figure out if its a receiver issue or not. To do this we need you to create a GPS Replay of you travels and send this file to chris@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
