[gps-talkusers] how long will voting be open

We have not set a deadline. We will give it a week or two anyway.
I imagine we will see what people's strong preferences are, which are
already apparent and then take down the form and put up another grouping.
We are already at work fixing a few bugs and starting to work on new
features.
