[gps-talkusers] many POIs in London updated

One of the bi[products of these several days in England has been the
opportunity to update existing POIs and to add new ones. Since I have been
recording points for 15 years or so, there were older points that I needed
to change from the Bonus category to a relevant category. We didn't used to
have the ability to designate categories so these older points all ended up
being categorized as Bonus. A couple of these new points also have media
files, which will give listeners a flavor of the restaurant should you
choose to check it out.
If you are a long time User POI recorder, please make sure your points are
categorized.
I fixed up and added a total of 75 points or so this week. These are in the
Europe User POI file.
