Thanks Chris,
I unzipped the folders and then loaded the folders into a maps directory on my compact flash card. The card wasn't sent to me by sendero so I just created a maps folder and initially put the folders into the maps folder. Since then though, I have through a mystery of the file management system of keysoft have just copied files not folders into my maps folder.
Thanks again.
Dennis

Hello,
did you unzip the files into the maps folder on the compact flash card, if you just copied the downloaded files then that's why it's not working. Please advise us on what you did. the maps and pois should be in the maps folder, and not in sub folders.
If you need any assistance feel free to contact me.

Chris

After having had my Braillenote for two years and having had it upgraded

an empower last March, I've finally got my GPS system up and running. I
downloaded the California folders to my compact flash card and put them in
a
folder called maps. When I pressed N for navigation I was told no maps
loaded. So I took a folder and copied it into my maps folder. What
actually
happened was the files from the California|1-35 were loaded but not the
complete folder. When I pressed N again So what I have on my compact flash
is a folder called maps with the map files and not the folders they were
created in in my maps folder.
Sorry if this doesn't make much since, but if there is anyone out there
who
would like to advise me I would appreciate it or I can just go on
experimenting.
Thanks,
Dennis
