I purchased this through ATT's next plan and the only one available was the
Surface 3 running windows 8.1.
Since all I need it for is to do excel to do my league bowling work then it

Hi, they make the surface pro 4 now which is the newest version as they
don't even make the surface Pro 3 any more . Not saying you cannot find them
some where. It is running full blown windows so if it will work on W10 then
you should have no problem. Have you check out the Microsoft store they was
having big sales on the surface pro 4. Don't know if they still are or not.
