[gps-talkusers] new 3.5 user POI files are posted

Greetings from Barcelona,
Two of the 3.5 user zip files now have a may 1 date. We added a few points in
the US User file and the Europe user file. As you will know if you have been to
the download page and unzipped these files, there are several files in each
region. The only files likely to be updated will be the one that has User in
the file name. It is just simpler to keep the extra and user files for a region
all wrapped up in one zip file.
We won't be updating user points for previous versions.
