Changes to Sendero GPS V2013 for the BrailleNote from V2012.7

Sendero GPS 2013 Changes
1. Updated 2013 maps and POIs.
2. Speed increase when searching for and expanding POIs.
3. Better handling of LookAround intersection announcements when on
highways.
4. Yards option added in Units.
5. Some stability improvements.
6. GPS will no longer automatically reconnect to the Bluetooth receiver
every 3 seconds as this caused a lag each time the system attempted to
connect to the receiver.
