Hi Laurent/All,

OK, and thanks for the promotion! Yes indeed, I was thinking of the BCAB and UKVISE lists, so I'll do BCAB, and leave you to do UKVISE as you're more active on that list.

Best,

Peter

Hi Mike, Peter and all!

I think that the Friday 5pm option sounds like a good one. We'll need
to navigate the drinking throngs in London and probably have to
contend with pretty crowded places, but that should be ok as long as
we see it as part of absorbing the London vibe. :)

Peter, regarding there being too many cooks and me leading, I actually
think that for this kind of thing, having two people as points of
contact can actually be very useful. We can maybe do some admin
communication off-list. So if you're happy with that, consider
yourself promoted to co-head Chef!

I'm wondering if a few of the people on the UKVISE and BCAB lists may
be interested. Are those the ones you had in mind?

I'll also put the word out to some of my friends.

So, if everybody is happy with that, we're on for Friday, 19 July at
5PM, meeting somewhere at Kings Cross station.

People wanting to join, please indicate your interest. Peter and I
will then exchange mobile numbers with you off-list, just to make sure
we're able to keep in touch effectively on the day.
All the best
Laurent
