Hello there,
Purely speculation, but a GPS app does not have every address in a database. It
calculates a street address by the street's start and end points. It then
follows the number rules, odd numbers on one side and even on the other side.
MaybeSE got the side of the street wrong, the street took a turn, or some other
oddity.

The bottom line is, as the warnings at the beginning of the app warn, use GPS
as a guide, only.

Remember, to err is human, it takes a computer to really mess things up.
