As for how would you find a route to Disneyworld, its easy, you search for a
Four Square POI but use the Map source of NavTeq to create the route.
Finding a POI is independent on which map provider you use to create your
route to the found POI. Also now with 1.1.1 you can switch between using
either NavTeq maps or OSM maps for looking up your location information and
creating routes.
