You should be able to install by doing a normal reset using C3 and C4 while
holding down dots 123. If you get a message saying it can't install because
the GPSTalk file is active, this means the reset didn't take. Do it again
and make sure you press and release the C3 and C4 and then keep holding the
Dots 123 until you hear the second sound.
If you need to do a hard reset on the PK, use Dots C1 and C4 for about ten
seconds. When the PK goes off, then use the C1 C4 to active it again.
