The UK POIs are loaded with the UK maps. However, Telemap do not seem to
categorise them so leave the POI category setting set to 'All' when you
search for POIs and the bank should appear.

Does the Braillenote GPS software only display US pois?
I tried to do a search for my bank and it only seemed to come up with US
and Canadian banks even though I purchased the UK maps?
Funnily enough though it does seem to recognise my local area and when I
have walked with it when humanware Europe demonstrated it to me one
landmark it recognised was the Yorkshire Building Society which is my
nearest bank.
