[gps-talkusers] Re: version 2010 and the PK

Hi,
As of now, all the maps (the U. S.) are on the compact flash card. Should I not have them all there? Obviously, I'd be using certain maps more frequently, but I don't plan to be west of the Mississippi any time soon. So should I only put the maps on that compact flash card that I'm likely to use and either download others when and if I ever need them or should I keep them on the computer?

Your flash disk is internal memory/storage your compact flash is
external.  It is a good idea to only have maps loaded that you are going
to use on the PK.  For example if you have the north east region and you
mainly are in new york, then just have the new york map on your PK.
