Also, couldn't i3-migrate-config-to-v4.pl translate the 'with container'

moving focus to outside the parent's subtree?
Not yet. What you describe is reasonable and it was actually implemented this
way until commit d641e1da3ba1586bc563f09e216ee7577d4a8b6f. We changed the
implementation to its current state because it makes focus switching possible
for people who don’t know focus parent yet. I guess making this behaviour
configurable is fine, but I don’t want to do that before the first release of
v4.0.

If you want me to remember it for later, please file an enhancement ticket at
our bugtracker :).
