Did you try running apt-get update?

Reviewing the http://debian.sur5r.net/i3/pool/universe/i/i3-wm
link, I see i3-wm_4.10.2-1~~trusty1_amd64.deb, but not
i3-wm_4.10.1-1~~trusty1_amd64.deb.
Best workaround?
