_Wie wird die Wahl des IGRY Sprechers und Stellvertreters durchgeführt._
Die Wahl ist geheim. Es werden weder Namen noch Rufzeichen und deren
Entscheidung publiziert.
Jedes Mitglied hat eine Stimme für den Sprecher und eine Stimme für den
Stellvertreter.
Gewählt ist wer mehr JA-Stimmen als Nein-Stimmen hat. Hat jemand gar
keine Stimme bekommen
muß noch einmal gewählt werden oder ein neuer Kandidat muss gesucht werden.
Ich denke aber, das kommt nicht vor.
Die Wahl beginnt am Dienstag, den 3.Dezember 2018 und endet am Sonntag
09.12.2018 22:59 GMT.
Entscheidend ist Datum und Uhrzeit des Absendens der Wahl-Email.
Folgende IGRY Mitglieder sind wahlberechtigt:

Bitte ZWEI Emails. Eine für die Sprecherwahl und eine für dessen
Stellvertreter.
Im Betreff sollte stehen: IGRY Wahl, Name und Rufzeichen (des zu
wählenden Sprechers oder Stellvertreters).
Im Text Feld: Name und Call des Wählers, Ja oder Nein (Ja heisst
Zustimmung Nein heisst Ablehnung).
Bei eventuellen Mißverständnissen werde ich bei dem betreffenden OM
nachfragen.
Am Montag, den 10.Dezember 2018 wird das Ergebnis der Wahl bekannt gegeben.
Zum Schluß noch die Bitte um eine hohe Wahlbeteiligung.

_About the election of the IGRY Speaker and the Deputy Speaker._
Voting is by ballot. Neither names or calls of the voters and their vote
will be published.
Each IGRY member has one vote for the Speaker and one for the Deputy
Speaker.
Elected is who gets more YES votes than NO votes.
If neither Yes or No votes are given for an applicant a new election is
required or a
new candidate must be found. My thoughts are this shall not happen.
The election starts on Tuesday December 3th and runs until Sunday
December 9th 22:59 UTC (GMT).
To cast your votes send an email to DM5TI@xxxxxxx.
Please send two independent voting mails - one for the Speaker and one
for the Deputy Speaker.
The subject of your mail should contain only the words "IGRY election
for Speaker", name and call of candidate.
For the Deputy Speaker insert the appropriate phrase in the subject.
As text of your mail just write your name and callsign and either YES or
NO. Yes meaning consent no rejection.
In case of misunderstandings I shall contact the respective OM.
Timely participation is determined by the date and time of sending the
voting email.
