Hariram has confirmed the shell scripting tutorial
session for January 15, 2005 (Saturday, IIT-M). I
shall release the poster soon, so that it can be
circulated in colleges/bulletin
boards/forums/mailing
lists.

Between lecture series, we can have talks on
specific
topics/topics of interest. I am planning to start
off
with a talk on "Careers with GNU/Linux". We can
shuffle it sometime between lecture series. Other
volunteers who are interested in giving a talk
(one-week/two-week/three-week series), please feel

Yeah, good idea.
This will also cover the commercial viability of
GNU/Linux in today's market.
