Can anyone please explain to me the significance of the minus - and plus +
present at lines 7 and 8 ?
+ is an identifier for the most recent job
- is an identifier for the next most recent job.

identifies the job that would become the default if the current

one job can be identified with '+' and at most one job can be
identified with '-' .
