Hi,
Great to hear that the executive director has given permission to
conduct the meet. Me and my friend will surely volunteer that day as it
falls on a saturday. I suggest learning tools for the meet like
celestia, but simulations like these require a fast machine. I'll try to
get my athlon xp for the meet, but i'll confirm this in a day or two.
Regarding the distro for the meet, in my opinion ubuntu is not
favourable as it is not that feature rich. why not go in or knoppix or
even fedora3.
