Michael Hoye (mhoye AT mozilla dot com) provides a dump of the Mozilla
Bugzilla database. The temporary location from where you can download
the same is at:
http://people.mozilla.org/~mhoye/bugzilla/
It is a sanitized version after removing sensitive information. He
provides a new dump (not incremental) every quarter.
You can file a bug at Bugzilla.mozilla.org in the "administration"
category regarding request for latest dumps, and you will be notified
of the same.
I am not sure if they have found a permanent storage location yet. You
can write to him if you need any specific information.
