[Ilugc] Adding another scheduler to the kernel

Hi,
can anyone help me out in modifying the scheduling part of
the kernel by adding another scheduler to it.
Linux kernel has three scheduling policies. but i'd like to
add one more and check out its performance.
Which scheduler are you talking about ?
Process Scheduler , Block I/O Scheduler or Network Scheduler ?
