Write what new stuff? Chances are, if it?s a ticketing system it?s
a ready to use ticketing + project management software of some kind
that nrcfoss installed, and if so it already comes with its own
userdb / registration code.
you dont need to register to file, accept, handle a ticket. It is
advisable to add your details in the preferences page so that the
spam filter doesnt think you are a bot. The site gives errors now and
then, but this is a known issue with multiple trac instances on the
same server - I am working on that. Refresh usually works when there
is a 500 error
