Of late, I've often felt the need to annotate some of the emails I
get. Like attaching a quick virtual post-it to the email with some
context info or my thoughts.
Is there any way I can do this? I am okay with storing annotations
meta data on the client side only but if there's some way to make it
work server side - meaning storing meta data with the original email
on the mail server - that would be killer.
If there are no current solutions, any thoughts on how one might
implement such functionality? If we were to implement a server side
solution, are there any unused fields in the email message format that
can be exploited?
