I cheecked. Windows firewall remains diabled.

My friend installed apache tomcat 5.5.1 in a system
which has Windows XP
with IIS running. Apache tomcat installation went on
smoothly without any
problem. While starting, apache stops half the
way(
http://localhost:8080).
He googled and tried some of the suggestion including
changeing the port (
to 81 etc) without any success. He needs to open a
*war file. Suggestion
