[Ilugc] Article on Dennis Ritchie/C/Unix/etc at the Economist

There's an article in the Economist about Dennis Ritchie, and everything
that's happened as a consequence of his work. It's a must read:

Bonus points for identifying the programming language that's used in
the code snippet shown superimposed on Dennis Ritchie's photograph in
the article.
I don't know for sure, but I have a couple of guesses.
