My 2 cents...
ilugc and IITM ambiance is something superb when combined together.
more over, people from tier 2 and tire 3 when the visit ilugc, it gives an
idea about IITM community.
In the past, People for KanchiLug visited ilugc@IITM and now working with
IITB and IITD, I think venue place a role too.
