This happened to me when the nameservers weren't working. Just switch
to 10.94.0.31 or 32, and things should go fine.
I have Debian Testing on the same laptop, and it is working without this
problem. It uses the same nameservers as my Debian 4.0, so the problem
cannot be in the nameservers.
Anyway, I tried the nameservers that you gave, but it did not help. By the
way, who is running those (10.94.0.31 or 32)?
