Dear Friends,
I come to you in finding your thoughts, experience and advice on CMS ,
especially finding which one will be apt for me in developing a content
managed portal.I have(atleast i pressume) a good expereince on
Joomla.Theadmin screen of joomla is looking cool like a cake walk for
any new
developer while comparing it with drupal(enlighten me , if i am wrong). I
feel Joomla has sharp and cool templates while compared to Drupal. When i
searched on the web , there is an inner feeling of mine saying that people
tend to move from Joomla to drupal. I admire drupal for its cook features
like multiple instance running of a single installation which is not there
in joomla.
I am in the process of revampping a site which is running with Drupal 4.6 ,
and my existing site has over 700 users. I do know it will be absolutely
meaningless if i move my framework from drupal to joomla. I would like to
know is there any strong point that i have to move from drupal to joomla,
Kindly let me know about the powers of template management in Drupal 4.7.x.
I am coming to you for gaining knowledge from your experience, so please
dont ask me to google which i have done to my best of my efforts.
