I think you're SOL about rDNS .. dishnet dsl seems to have implemented
rDNS across their network just now.
Satyam dialups and VSNL dialups do have rDNS.
How is the tech support usually?
First clue to get better performance is - pretend you're running
windows, pretend to reboot your PC etc etc :)
