Dishnet doesn't even seem to have heard of the concept of peering.
Funny .. two "senior router admins" from dishnet were at lots of workshops on
bgp, peering, internet exchanges etc that were held at SANOG 3 in Bangalore,
during Jan 2004.
They should have got at least some semblance of a clue there ...
Oh - there was some further nonsense about their "setting up meetings with me
and their senior people to discuss this issue", that "they were aware that
they had a massive spam problem, including foreign porn spammers getting
hosting on their service" ... no action after that.
I dont even allow a dishnet ip to show in my email headers - I send out mail
through a ssh tunnel or use mutt / emacs on a shell if i want to send email.
Just seeing a dishnet ip in the email headers is enough to trigger some
spamassasin configurations, so that my mail gets bounced.
Short version of the above - "dishnet are morons"
