[Ilugc] Does usb_modeswitch comes by default with Ubuntu 10.04?

Judging by the dependencies, I am guessing that you would only need
the usb-modeswitch and usb-modeswitch-data packages. In particular, I
am guessing that you would need usb-modeswitch 1.1.0-2 and
usb-modeswitch-data 20100127-1 for Ubuntu 10.04. You can get them from
the pool of any Ubuntu mirror.
