[Ilugc] Downloading all Fedora Packages- Suggestions Required!

I would like to download all the Fedora packages and create a local repository.
How to download all the 8000+ packages?
Bring a 200 GB+ HDD and we give you all Fedora Everything Repo starting from F7
to F12 (all i386 only)
