Are there any application in Opensource which has a GUI where in
1. we can specify a proxy
2. Enter a URL
3. See the source code which server is throwing without running it in the
context of a browser.
3. XOR a file
I am exactly looking for a tool like Fileinsight for Ubuntu \ OpenSource

I wrote a python code which will work on a command line to check a domain
with and without proxy however I lag the knowledge to develop a GUI :-(
