[Ilugc] FC4

People with access to IITM ftp server is best suited for the job.
The iitm ftp site is loading now.(atleast locally).
But as of now, there is no '4' in the core/ folder.
The net connectivity from the institute has been inconsistent..so even
if there is an auto script running for mirroring the fc4 isos..i guess
it will take time for the entire thing to be ready.
too bad that this had to happen when fc4 is being released!..hope it
gets better after the 16th
