GMail has several throttles to ensure users don't abuse the system.
If you send out mass emails through GMail, your account is bound to
get locked. ?I suggest that you do not use GMail without knowing its
limits.
That link is just an example of how we can give a solution
to the organization.
you should modify the script to use their own mail server.
As Raja said, gmail has limits.
Try the Thunderbird option too.
