[Ilugc] FOSS-Based ICT Training For Kerala Students

In a unique initiative, the IT at School project will introduce specific ICT
training programme based on Free and Open Source Software (FOSS) for
students who require special attention. This training programme is being
developed entirely on FOSS based application, GCompris.
