[Ilugc] Fedora Sanskrit Locale

I think Sanskrit is qualified as per the documentation given above.
When I tried to install sa_IN locale in Ubuntu (10.04) it is there .
$apt-cache search sanskrit returns following packages
latex-sanskrit - pre-processor and fonts to typeset Sanskrit in TeX
texlive-lang-indic - TeX Live: Indic scripts
ttf-devanagari-fonts - Free TrueType fonts for languages using the
Devanagari script
ttf-tmuni - font for Tibetan, Dzongkha and Ladakhi (OpenType Unicode)
itrans - Converts romanized Indic texts to LaTeX, HTML & Postscript
itrans-fonts - Extra fonts used in the ITRANS Indic text processing system
ttf-linex - Fonts suitable for education and institutional use
language-pack-gnome-sa - GNOME translation updates for language Sanskrit
language-pack-gnome-sa-base - GNOME translations for language Sanskrit
language-pack-sa - translation updates for language Sanskrit
language-pack-sa-base - translations for language Sanskrit
But it is not there in Fedora
