[Ilugc] [FossConf] Volunteers

Dear All,

The FossConf arrangements are going on in MIT. We are looking for
volunteers to setup the open lab, hall arrangements, co-ordination. So
volunteers can come and join in the on going tasks at NRC-FOSS, AU-KBC
Center at MIT Campus.
