Yes, it can be buffered. But that would require expensive infrastructure
and hence can't be done by people like me. Getting outside money means I
must pay it back and hence must find a way of charging people, so the head
count will drop.
I am sure there are smart people, smart email clients and smart phones that
can deal with spam in a smart way. They can use this site. Plus you don't
need to provide all your details, only email is mandatory.
