I got your contact details through the ILUG mailing list.
I am the Founder of ContractIQ - An intelligence platform for small
and midmarket firms to discover service providers. You can read more

We are looking for a contract-to-hire programmer/lead (with a bias for
extra-ordinary hackers from good universities)? in Chennai, who would
architect and code a part of our platform. This could turn into a very
rewarding full time role and some one who enjoys building internet
scale platforms and business intelligence systems (using FOSS), shall
absolutely love it. It also helps that we are backed by one of the
valley based startup accelerators.
For the start, we would have a contract for 3 months which would be
extended or converted into a full time role. We do intend to pay a
reasonable salary for the 3 month period and equity contributions if
it turns into a full time role.
