I have been using GNU/fdisk since 1995 (in a plethora of Linux
distros) ?and done *lots* of disk partitioning but never seen this
before.
I have bought the old system, so i think they used windows xp and its tool.
I used system rescue cd, then used fdisk expertmode to arrange device
name sequentially. Deleted the existing two swap partitions and now i
am able to enter cfdisk. In cfdisk created new boot partition,root
partition,swap partition for my arch linux. Now using arch to send
this mail :)
