These are just the first four chapters. The manual has been divided
into three parts, so that they can be released early to the colleges.

Sure a "Further Reading" section would be useful, we will definitely
add them up.

I hope the original manuscript is written in Docbook or equivalent
(better) tools; can publish in multiple formats like HTML, PDF, RTF
etc.

The manual is written in AsciiDoc, which is then converted to Docbook.
